Delivery
We offer a number of delivery options; you'll always see the available options and charges on screen
before you enter any payment details.
Please note that all references to "days" means working days; Monday - Friday,
excluding public holidays
Standard Post: £1.95
Orders are usually despatched by Royal Mail Packetpost, and are normally delivered within two to five days.
Although a signature is not normally required upon delivery, the size of most of our products means that they will not fit through a letterbox. If there is no-one in, you will be left a card, and will need to contact the Royal Mail to rearrange delivery for another day or collect the package from their depot.
In the event that your delivery does not arrive as expected and you have not been left a card, please let us know, but note that we must allow three weeks from the expected delivery date before we can send a replacement or cancel the order and process a refund.
Next Working Day: £6.95
Orders received by 3:30pm are despatched the same day by an insured and trackable service (usually
Royal Mail Special Delivery, City Link or UPS), and are guaranteed to be delivered the next day between 9am
and 5:30pm (before 1pm for smaller items via Special Delivery).
Note that delivery is only guaranteed for the following working day - not Saturdays or Sundays.
The driver will require a signature upon delivery, or will leave a card if there is no-one in. You will then need to contact the courier to collect the package from their depot. The package will normally be returned to us after 5 days; we can resend the order, but will re-charge the delivery fee to do so.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, etc
Costs and delivery times for these areas vary, and are confirmed when you enter your delivery address at the checkout. Typically delivery is 1-2 days to most of these areas.
Timed Deliveries
We may also be able to offer more specific timed deliveries, eg before 9am, before noon, Saturdays, etc, at additional cost - please contact us for details.
Non-UK addresses
We can deliver to many non-UK destinations; 'worse-case' costs are shown when you enter your delivery address,
although smaller items may often cost less than this - we'll contact you to confirm costs before processing your order.
If your country is not shown in the list of available options, then unfortunately we're unable to accept your order.
BFPO
We can deliver to BFPO addresses; costs are shown when you enter your delivery address (leave the country as UK, and enter a BFPO postcode). Please ensure you enter your address according to the BFPO guidelines;

Availability
We try and keep all items on our website in-stock, or available direct from our suppliers. However, sometimes items may temporarily go out of stock or on back-order, in which case we will contact you and notify you of the expected delivery date - you may of course cancel all or part of your order.
