4-Line Traction Kites
Traction kites generate lots of pulling power, so are typically used to drag the flyer along, often in a buggy or on a landboard. A traction kite will have 4 flying lines; 2 power-lines and 2 brake-lines. This gives the flyer more control by adjusting the power and positioning of the kite.
